Midlantech's Health Check offering is an analysis of a clients operational environment in order to identify strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities to increase the return on the investment made in technology and the value of the management system in general. The Health Check includes interviews of a representative sample of your staff in order to review process/workflow, training/skill gaps, events of significant impact to the organization, problems, incidents and acomplishments
An option of the Healthcheck at the customers request is to include Corrective Action, Knowledge Transfer and Enhancement Consulting Service bundles. These optional service bundles offer additional specialized consulting services related to the repair, enhancement and effective use of technologies.
Midlantech will analyze the data gathered through interviews, analysis of procedure documentation and systems and software information to document the major issues and strengths within the clients IT infrastructure. The Assessment team will formulate resolution approaches to address critical issues.
In addition Midlantech will conduct a presentation with the end-user either in-person or via conference call. Midlantech will present the findings of the assessment organized and including ; Introduction, Assessment objectives, Summary of results, Five most critical findings, Conclusions/Next steps
During the presentation, the Assessment team will discuss the observations and issues, which lead to each of the five most critical findings and related resolutions. Industry standards such as the renowned Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Midlantech best practices will be used to support each recommendation.
